FORCE MAJEURE
An event beyond the COMPANY's control, which could not reasonably have been foreseen, shall be referred to as force majeure, which means that the COMPANY is released from its obligations to fulfill entered contracts.

MADELEINE SANTIAGO ART reserves the right to change any information without prior notice. In case of eventual sell-out or if a sales item has been discontinued, the COMPANY has the right to cancel the purchase and refund any prepaid amounts.
