Refund policy

CLAIM CONDITIONS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

To report a faulty or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will send you a new item without any additional shipping costs, provided that the item is available. If we cannot replace the item, we will issue a refund to you once we have received the defective item in return. For the return of defective items, we will send a shipping label with prepaid postage.

It is also good to know that as a private consumer, you have three years to report an original defect in a product.

When making a claim, the customer should contact MADELEINE SANTIAGO ART and, to simplify the handling of the claim, provide the order number and the reason for the claim.

 

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL & RETURNS

According to the Distance Selling Act, private consumers have the right to cancel their purchase within 14 days. The right of withdrawal applies when the item and packaging are returned in an unchanged condition. The item must not be used, but the packaging may be opened carefully. To exercise the right of withdrawal as a private consumer, contact MADELEINE SANTIAGO ART. The return shipping is paid by the consumer. A refund will be issued as soon as we have received the returned item and the return is approved (refund is processed within 30 days).
