DELIVERY
Delivery method
Your order will be sent as A-letter, Postal package, DPD Business Package 16.00, or with DHL/Schenker or another carrier depending on weight and size. If the items are sent as a package or registered mail, the shipment will receive a tracking number that is used to show where the package is in the mail handling process. You can track the package on the Postal Service's website. Unfortunately, a regular letter does not receive a tracking number and cannot be tracked.

Delivery times are 3-10 business days, depending on stock status.
Longer delivery times than stated may occur during periods when we have a high workload due to a high influx of orders, out of stock, delays, etc.
